Online Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you can send it back to us for a refund or credit within 10 days of the date your package was delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and sent back in its original packaging. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. All returns must be authorized by Paris Argentina. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.
Sale items, special orders, lay-bys, custom jewellery and engraved items cannot be returned. Please contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

Once we receive your return, we will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. The original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
In-store Return Policy
Returns for in-store purchases are for exchange or store credit only and must be made within 20 days of purchase, accompanied by a receipt. Returned merchandise must be in its original condition. We reserve the right to deny credit if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements. Custom items and sale items are final sale and can not be refunded or exchanged.
Paris Argentina is happy to exchange any items purchased, as long as the goods have not been worn, damaged or altered in any way.
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise or, if we deem appropriate, replace the item. If the item is no longer available, Paris Argentina may, in its discretion, replace with like-kind or allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original item. Any repairs or work not done by Paris Argentina will void this warranty. We stress the importance of choosing jewellery that is appropriate for your lifestyle.
If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available and the cost involved. Paris Argentina will not make itself responsible for damaged jewellery resulting from rough wear, knocks or general mistreatment.
Please note that natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in coloured gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.
