How much does shipment of purchased jewellery from your site cost?
We offer free shipping within Australia for all online orders. You can check our shipping information here.
Track my order – I placed an order some time ago and I still have not received my jewellery?
We commit to post your new jewellery within 48 working hours from the moment of purchase whether at our online jewellery shop or on the phone/via email from our jewellery store in Melbourne. In the past some parcels have sat in the destination post office awaiting a client signature, so please check with your local post office before you contact us.
Do you take phone orders?
Yes! We can take your order over the phone at 03 9663 4800 M-F, 10:30am – 4:30pm.
Do you offer payment plans or financing options?
We partner with Afterpay to offer 4 easy payments on orders. Find out more about paying with Afterpay here.
We also offer lay-by. Our lay-by terms are 30% minimum deposit with 8 weeks before final payment.
I am not happy with the jewellery I received, can I get an exchange or refund?
If you are not happy with your online purchase and it is within 10 days of the date that your package was delivered at the time of purchase, you can find our returns information here.
Does the jewellery that you sell come with any warranty?

How long do I have to cancel an order?
If you need to cancel an order you must contact us within 2 hours of when you place your order. Orders for in-stock items move out of our warehouse fast as we aim to ship as fast as possible! Many pieces are custom made and once production begins on them they cannot be cancelled or returned. If you are unsure if something is a final sale, please contact us.
Why don’t you ever have sales?
We believe in keeping a fair mark up on all of our items, 365 days a year. We do not ever price anything with the intention of putting it on sale. So what you get is fair and even pricing, year-round. What you don’t get is hiked-up prices, with a crazy sale every once in a while. (That said – we give some special offers to our newsletter readers here and there so make sure to subscribe!)
My jewellery is damaged, not working how it should, or the stone is missing, can you help?
If possible we will be happy to repair your jewellery, re-set or replace precious or semi-precious gem or make a new piece for you. Please contact Paris Argentina jewellery shop for our experienced jeweller to assess and quote on your repair.
Are all the pieces that you sell made by your studio?
No, about half of the pieces in our jewellery store in Melbourne are our own production, Paris sources the other pieces on his trips overseas. We carry a wide range of jewellery from many different countries, all brought directly to the shop from the manufacturers.
Is all the jewellery featured on your web page?
No, we only have a small representation of our collections and pieces on our web site, due to the individuality and number of unique pieces that we carry we can’t list them all in our online jewellery shop.
We are happy to take individual images of jewellery or small collections and email them directly to you upon request.
Are all the stones in your jewellery natural gemstones?
Yes, we only work with precious and semi-precious natural gems stones. We are proud to work with lots of unconventional stones, but only natural ones. Occasionally we have some pieces with Cubic Zirconias (simulated Diamonds) for a bit of bling (all of these are clearly marked).
Do you have chains or chokers for my new pendant?
Yes, we have a great selection of Sterling Silver chains, gold chains, chokers, omega chains, wire necklace as well as silk cords and alternative pieces to use with your pendant.

Do you have jewellery for men in your shop?
Yes, we carry a small collection of men’s jewellery, chains, bracelets, cuff bracelets, cufflinks, men’s rings, studs and some pendants for men.
