Paris and his Wife are just phenomenal! I came in with a small sapphire pendant wanting it turned into an engagement ring. He sourced two white sapphires to compliment it and designed and made my dream ring for my partner and I. Beautiful work, fantastic price and such a brilliant experience. Cannot recommend enough!!

I wanted a custom engagement ring that was elegant, elevated and unique. On their overseas trip they sourced a stunning yellow sapphire for me. They interpreted my brief perfectly and whilst overseas their communication was prompt and detailed which made for a seamless and easy experience.
Once they were back in Australia they both helped me design the other elements of the engagement ring. Their knowledge and design experience was everything and more! They helped me create the most beautiful ring that is uniquely timeless and represents pure love and divine commitment.
My partner proposed with this stunning and meaningful ring! It could not be more beautiful or perfect.

I had my engagement ring repaired and the central diamond set lower. Paris did a phenomenal job resetting the diamond and rhodium plating my engagement and wedding rings. He also repaired a white gold necklace which was very fine, he did such a great job, I could not see the join. All up it was a great experience, quick and reasonably priced!

Paris was extremely accomodating and kind when I purchased a ring from him. His custom service was exceptional and he was very flexible in offering me a payment plan. We visited the Paris Argentina store while traveling in Melbourne, and my wife loved a pair of earrings there. However, she decided not to spend money on herself at that time. Ever since, she has regretted that decision. We were able to find the Paris Argentina website, where the very same earrings were available. The proprietor, Paris, couldn't have been more helpful. We bought the earrings, with his help, and they arrived today. My wife is thrilled! I highly recommend this shop, not only for the outstanding merchandise, but also for the excellent customer service..

Beautiful mix of stuff I've not seen in other shops. Prices extremely reasonable. Definitely worth a proper look. Bought 3 pieces over the last year. Gold and Lapis ring, a super cute fine cut sapphire and gold ring, and a silver super seven crystal pendant.

Visiting Melbourne from NZ and having seen a gorgeous lapis - silver ring in-store, I contacted Paris Argentina regarding purchasing the ring once Id returned home.
I cannot impress enough how helpful they were answering questions back and forth, sending photos and reassuring me regarding freighting it safely to NZ. Ring received (most promptly) I am ecstatically happy with my purchase, it's way more beautiful than Id recalled, very special indeed

I went out to find a jewellery birthday present for my partner, something different, not mass produced overpriced bling, but not so expensive I would need a second mortgage. I gave up on the idea of diamonds as it was $2k plus for anything remotely decent. Next was sworvski, pretty stuff and OK for a friend gift maybe, but it is what it is, blingy glass. It was hard going. Then I found Paris Argentina, it's a really nice balance of something different, each piece is unique, hand crafted by the owner and there is plenty to choose from between $200 and 500.
Service was great and I ended with a handmade set of earrings and necklace for same price that I would have spent on mass produced blah.
Brilliant middle ground.

I bought online two opal pendants from this designer, one boulder opal and one doublet. Each one of them had stunning opals beautifully crafted into elegant jewelry. Paris has among the best selection of opals that I have seen online. Communication was excellent too. I will buy from this designer again.

Exceptional service, incredible quality and exquisite range. Paris provides a warm personalized friendly service. This is my go to jeweller whenever i want to buy attractive gems or need to redesign my old pieces. Recently I had a diamond missing on my engagement ring (34 years of wear). Paris with his dedication, superb craftsmanship and patient friendly service, allowed me the time and support to restyle my ring to one that I love. Also had some pearl earings that i never wore that Paris reworked into a bracelet that i never take off. Thank you Paris. I look forward to returning to your shop for years to come. Unfortunately my visit was very disappointing. I was in the process of looking for a trilogy ring of 2crt tdw, but unfortunately before I had been able to get a foot in the door a lady that was the only person there slammed the front door on me and my son. I was just handing him my dog lead when she came out and shoo off. Because of this lady's rudeness the store miss out on a grand sale of which I have now purchased and it is being made by a diamond dealer.
You should NEVER judge people for how they look. Customer service is just that and without customers you don't have a business.
